William B. Diggs

The William B. Diggs was a barge being used to recover an unknown wreck. When caught by a nor'easter, it sprung a leak and sank ontop of the wreck that it was trying to salvage. This is a great site for spearfishing, while the sights include yellow sulfur sponges and a large fluked anchor.
